The Garlic Farm is situated in the Garden State of Victoria, Australia at the foot of the Great Diving Range on rich river valley soil. We specialise in the production of many varieties of certified organic gourmet garlic for planting and eating.
Our Guarantee: You can be certain that our own farm-grown, certified, organic, planting and eating garlic bulbs are free of all potentially toxic chemicals, including methly bromide (quarantine treatment required for ALL garlic imported into Australia), growth inhibitor chemicals (found in much conventional shop-bought and supermarket garlic) and all other agricultural chemicals, pesticides, herbicides and other "-cides" that may be found in, or on, conventional garlic, paricularly that grown overseas.
In order to meet demand for certain varieties, we may provide quality-controlled, non-imported, garlic stock produced by other Australian growers.
